How to get the best photo of your best friend:

1. Use a high-quality smart phone or camera to take your photo.

2. Remove your pet's collar.

3. Make sure your pet's face is well lit. Preferably in natural light. It's best not to use any filters.

4. Get down on your pets level to take the photo, making sure to get their entire head with their body directly behind them.

AVOID: Taking photos of your pet laying down, taking the photo from above, dark or blurry photos.

We want you to LOVE your pet portrait! If we feel that your photo will not produce the best portrait, we will text or email you and request a better photo.
