Received wrong item very late

I ordered two types of wrapping paper on 11/26, received the order with one wrong roll on 12/20 after waiting 3+ weeks for the items when their website says 3-5 days for processing orders. I emailed them twice- once to get info on what was going on with the order and another time to let them know I never received the Moody castles with gothic dolls (it was a double roll that I was banking on using for holiday gift wrapping) I never heard back from them.

Very disappointing because the designs are pretty and the wrapping paper was good quality.
