Wallpaper and Printed Wall Art

The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. Every Pickwick and Elm order is custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell our wallpaper and wall art. If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it. We are only able to refund unused wallpaper, once we receive the returned wallpaper. If you wish to return an order for some other reason, we are happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Contact us at contact@pickwickandelm.com to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us.
  • Please include all relevant information along with a photo of the issue and order number if applicable, for quicker processing.
  • We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.
  • You have 30 days to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund Digital Downloads at this time.

NOTE: Please note that Pickwick and Elm cannot accommodate reprint or refund requests for orders placed on Etsy. You must follow the procedures of the site where you purchased the goods so that your reprint or return can be processed accurately.
