Wallpaper

Because our wallpapers are custom printed to order, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or damaged in shipping. We strongly suggest ordering a 12”x24” swatch before purchasing rolls to ensure the color and design are exactly what you’re wanting. Pattern size may vary slightly from what's shown and colors sometimes print differently than what you see on your screen. If there was a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us at contact@pickwickandelm.com with photos of the damage and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Wall Art

Refunds will not be giving on downloaded artwork unless there was an issue with the file. For printed artwork, refunds will be given on a case by case bases or if the artwork was damaged on shipping.
